Welcome to Arnold Hill - a lovely school, full of able, thoughtful young people and talented staff. The last few years have seen us begin an exciting journey of improvement. We have put a number of measures into place and last year began to see the impact with our highest ever GCSE results at Key Stage 4 and the best results in the area at Key Stage 3.
Of course, getting good exam results is only one part of being at school. Feeling secure and safe is essential if our young people are to thrive and enjoy school. In the most recent Keele Survey, 93% stated they were happy at school. This is significantly above the national average and we seek to promote, for both students and adults, an environment which is warm, friendly and supportive but has high expectations of one another.
So, as we travel along our journey of improvement we remain focussed on getting the best for all who are a part of Arnold Hill. Our core values and all that we stand for and try to achieve each day are expressed in our aims. A place where every individual is important and learning aspires to be imaginative, creative and challenging. We work together to create supportive relationships that are built on mutual respect within an environment which is welcoming and encourages self discipline; where we strive to achieve our personal best and success is recognised and celebrated.
